ONE of the western suburbs best-loved real estate identities, John Lewis, has found a new calling with the area’s growing interest in apartment living. John – who worked alongside Chris Shellabear for nearly 10 years – has partnered with Sharon Hawkins as Edge Visionary Living’s new internal sales team.
The duo have been spending the last few months preparing for the latest Edge Living and Hillam Architects’ project, Botanical, which was last week officially launched at a special evening VIP function.
John says it was watching the design evolution of Botanical that lured him into apartment sales.
“When the architectural concepts started to emerge it became apparent that Botanical was evolving into something special – a kind of work of art and was too good an opportunity to pass up.”
